An Return Policy are rules provided by the respected sellers for returns / replacements / exchange, so all customers are treated fairly. It's an action to fulfil l the contractual terms between buyers and sellers, giving back the item purchased by the buyer to the seller on the aajkabazar website. When the product is not delivered to you to you by courier due to some uncertain reasons, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility. To opt the option of Return product he/she needs to choose this option, needs to login in account and from My Order Page they can avail the option to use return policy as specified by the seller. Pick up will be initiated for the same and We will inform you for your request of return once the request will be approved via text / mail to your registered mobile number and your e-mail id. Customer returns will be accepted wherever provided by the respected sellers within 7 days from delivery date. In case of Cod, it might take upto 7-10 working days for the respective bank to process the refund, you can also contact to your bank in case the refund is not reflecting in your account.
